VANESSA

Phil has been working in the fitness industry for nearly 2 decades all over the world. Phil's approach to training is aimed at the long-term implications of a balanced exercise program. Phil blends many different training styles to achieve this, based on each individuals wants and needs. Which builds a body that supports people for life. His approach is backed by science, shaped by experience, and driven by a commitment to helping every person move with confidence and purpose.

Personal trainer and Pilates instructor, Vanessa's training approach is rooted in women's health. She has worked with hundreds of women over the last 10 years, all at different stages of life from busy working years, pregnancy, post-partum, peri / menopause. She prioritises weight training to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay resilient as the years go on. Vanessa uses Pilates to complement her strength-based coaching by improving core control, posture, mobility, and body awareness.
